Job Description
– The position is responsible for achieving Territory Sales targets (Primary & Secondary) by town, by brand, and by SKUs.
– Manage distribution setup & maintain effective customer relationships.
– Ensure excellence in distribution operations to drive product penetration within the trade universe in the assigned territory.
– Develop and implement field sales plans for the assigned territory.
– Communicate and Implement trade programs in the market.
– Monitor and analyze market trends to identify new opportunities to gain market share.
– Provide market intelligence regularly to counter competition activities.
– Must be a Team Player and adaptable to change.
– Prepare and present reports to the sales team and leadership.
2-3 Years of relevant experience.
