Job Description
Location: Karachi, Pakistan
- Minimum bachelor’s degree in relevant domain
Experience: 2 – 4 years in field sales (FMCG)
- Ensure achievement of agreed Targets / KPIs for the assigned territory
- Achievement of Brand-wise Secondary Sales Targets
- Ensure distribution and availability of all major SKUs in stores
- Developing complete understanding of any Trade Account needs
- Conduct daily market visits and maintain relationships with all major Key Accounts
- Negotiate the best display of company products in stores
- Stay updated on competition activity and execute counter plans
This role requires strong communication and negotiation skills, ability to develop effective sales strategies, and solid understanding of the FMCG market dynamics. Collaborate with marketing and distribution teams for product visibility and availability in retail outlets.
