Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effectiveness of company’s sales policies
- Visit assigned dealers to maintain relationships, solve issues, and monitor performance
- Achieve daily product targets and develop expertise in Dawlance products
- Ensure dealers and salesmen have product knowledge and meet sales targets
- Monitor competitors, coordinate with logistics, and oversee sales planning
- Utilize company properties effectively and ensure sales-service liaison
- Track territory performance, take corrective actions, and ensure timely deliveries
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business
