Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effectiveness of company’s sales policies
- Visit assigned dealers to maintain relationships and solve issues
- Achieve daily product targets and promote Dawlance products
- Develop in-depth product knowledge and train dealers
- Achieve sales and collection targets, monitor competitor activities
- Provide feedback on new products and suggest improvements
- Coordinate between warehouses and sales planning
- Optimize utilization of company properties and ensure sales-service liaison
- Take strategic actions for territory improvements and ensure timely order processing
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Willingness to travel for business purposes
