Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Ensure effectiveness of company’s sales policies
- Visit assigned dealers, maintain relationships, solve issues, and monitor performance
- Achieve daily product targets and promote Dawlance solutions
- Develop knowledge of core products, provide training to dealers
- Monitor competitor activities, suggest product improvements
- Coordinate between warehouses and sales planning
- Ensure optimal utilization of company properties
- Maintain Sales-Service liaison, resolve branch issues
- Implement territory improvement strategies
- Take corrective actions, manage orders, and payments
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree
- 2-3 years of sales experience
- Strong work ethic and communication skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software
- Ability to travel for business
