Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee wholesale sales operations Specialty (Dealers).
- Provide regular sales reports to management.
- Strong Command of Recovery Payments.
- Develop and maintain relationships with wholesale clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients.
- Manage inventory and order fulfillment.
- Train, mentor, and supervise the wholesale sales team.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback.
- Foster a positive and collaborative team environment.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to achieve sales targets.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in wholesale sales or management.
- Strong understanding of the wholesale market.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Ability to manage and motivate a team.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Proficient in using sales software and tools.
- Ability to travel as needed.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, or related field.
