Things you will be doing for the Business:
- Execute channel category plans at the POC/Outlets
- Manage distributor/customers and their operations
- Develop and implement field sales plans
- Ensure achievement of targets/KPIs
- Coach, motivate and develop sales force
- Coordinate with field sales team for supplies
- Build a working relationship with local distributors
What we are looking for in you?
- 2-3 years of Food Services experience
- Demonstrated leadership and team development skills
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Proficiency in Office Suite
- Integrity
