Job Description
Job Purpose:
To lead assigned territories by handling distributors and order bookers to achieve targets and implement sales strategy.
Job Responsibilities:
- Prepare monthly targets for territories.
- Assign day wise targets to order bookers for effective coverage.
- Share Sales reports for analysis of target achievement.
- Manage order bookers, monitor performance, and ensure product knowledge.
- Conduct market visits for coverage and market understanding.
- Ensure trade marketing activities at outlets as planned.
- Plan sales efforts and develop key distributor relationships.
- Manage budgets and forecast sales for effective revenue management.
Overall Experience:
- 2 years of relevant experience
Qualifications:
- Required: Bachelor’s degree in relevant field
