Job Description
To visit the market with order bookers to support achieving targets.
To cross-check working order bookers and salesmen.
Ensure stock availability in the market.
Visit weak shops based on crystal reports to ensure smooth sales.
Execute Trade marketing activities assigned to order bookers.
Ensure Trade Marketing activity in eTrade Marketing Application
Plan and achieve targets monthly and yearly.
Prepare monthly unit-wise / value-wise target of the assigned territory.
Split assigned unit-wise, value-wise targets into area-wise and booker-wise.
Divide targets into a daily breakdown.
Monitor and ensure daily targets assigned to their respective teams.
Prepare Sales reports for their areas.
Share daily reports on Google Drive based on KPIs and market visit objectives.
Provide competitors’ information for line managers regarding market visits.
Update Trade marketing activities and provide lists to Line manager.
Present year-to-date performance to local management on a monthly basis.
Analyze achievement and KPIs concerning the assigned target.
