Job Description
- To accompany order bookers in the market to achieve targets.
- To verify the work of order bookers and salesmen.
- Ensure stock availability in the market.
- Visit underperforming shops using crystal reports to boost sales.
- Oversee the execution of Trade marketing activities by order bookers.
- Ensure Trade Marketing activity in eTrade Marketing Application.
- Plan and achieve monthly and yearly targets.
- Prepare monthly unit-wise/value-wise targets for the assigned territory.
- Break down targets into area-wise and booker-wise metrics.
- Monitor daily assigned targets for the team.
- Generate sales reports for the respective areas.
- Share daily reports on google drive based on KPIs and market visit objectives.
- Provide competitor information to line managers based on market visits.
- Keep track of Trade marketing activities status and share lists with Line manager.
- Present year-to-date performance to local management monthly.
- Analyze achievement and KPIs against assigned targets.
