Job Description
Position Overview:
As the Territory Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies within your assigned territory to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets. This role involves building strong relationships with key stakeholders, overseeing the sales team, and ensuring Nutrilov’s products are effectively promoted and distributed.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy and Planning:
– Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve and exceed sales targets within the assigned territory.
– Conduct market analysis to identify opportunities, trends, and the competitive landscape.
2. Territory Management:
– Manage and grow a portfolio of accounts within the assigned territory.
– Establish and maintain strong relationships with key customers, distributors, and retailers.
– Identify new business opportunities and develop plans to expand market reach.
3. Team Leadership:
– Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team within the territory to achieve individual and collective goals.
– Conduct regular performance reviews, provide constructive feedback, and support professional development.
4. Product Promotion:
– Collaborate with marketing teams to execute product promotions, launches, and marketing campaigns.
– Ensure effective merchandising and visibility of Nutrilov products in stores and outlets.
5. Sales Reporting and Analysis:
– Prepare and present regular sales reports, outlining key performance indicators, achievements, and areas for improvement.
– Analyze sales data to identify trends, customer preferences, and opportunities for growth.
6. Customer Service Excellence:
– Address customer inquiries and concerns promptly, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
– Work closely with the customer service team to resolve issues and maintain positive relationships.
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
– Proven experience in territory sales management in an FMCG industry.
– Strong leadership and team management skills.
– Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
– Results-driven with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
– Ability to travel within the assigned territory.
