Job Description
- Increase the number of new buying customers (activation).
- Ensure the implementation of all SOPs.
- Achieve sales targets as per given goals.
- Achieve margin KPI by building profitable customer baskets.
- Expand customer portfolio by acquiring new customers.
- Improve average sales turnover per customer.
- Drive incremental sales by cross-selling articles in customer baskets across different departments.
- Promote a positive brand image through sound business understanding, selling skills, and superior customer service.
- Stay updated on market and competitor information to adjust strategies accordingly.
- Conduct customer file maintenance and analysis before each visit.
- Plan sales approach and analyze buying trends of customers. Perform gap analysis before and after visits.
- Set objectives and develop action plans for each customer.
