Job Description
- Increase the number of new buying customers (activation).
- Ensure the implementations of all SOP’s.
- Achieve sales targets as per given goals.
- Required to achieve the margin KPI by creating profitable customer baskets.
- Expand customer portfolio size by acquiring new customers.
- Manage average sales turnover per customer.
- Drive incremental sales by adding articles to customer baskets in various departments.
- Maintain a positive image to customers through business understanding and excellent service.
- Enhance market and competitor knowledge for strategic adaptation.
- Perform customer file maintenance and analysis pre-visit.
- Plan customer sales and trends analysis with gap analysis.
- Set objectives and action plans per customer.
