Job Description
Purpose
To ensure the availability of vehicles to entitled staff within the agreed timeline by the Bank/dealers. Evaluate the staff’s need for upgraded vehicles from their entitlement and facilitate them while saving KE from additional costs. Liaise with stakeholders to settle the vehicle in case of staff exits.

Area Of Responsibilities
1 – Car Benefit – Booking & Confirmation (50)
- Receive requests from People Connect
- Review and check the eligibility criteria
- ATL Generation
- PS & Treasury Signoff
- Forward requests to the Bank for vehicle booking
- Inform staff about vehicle booking confirmation and delivery timeline through People Connect
2 – Car Benefit – Upfront / Refund / Cancellation (20)
- Verify upfront provided by the bank with Business Finance
- Verify refund / additional upfront with Business Finance upon vehicle delivery
- Cancel vehicles as per staff requests
3 – Car Benefit Settlement (20)
To facilitate the settlement of lease facilities for staff exits
- Liaise with the Final Settlement team for staff decisions regarding car settlement
- Coordinate with the bank for staff decisions on settlement (Buy Back / Surrender / Lease Transfer)
- Prepare settlement letters for staff vehicles
- Coordinate with the Fleet department for NOC
4 – Car Benefit – Invoice Processing (10)
Process monthly invoices of Bank Islami and Meezan Bank
- Verify vehicles
- Signoff on invoices
- Submit to BMC
