Job Description
About the Role:
The Head of Incubator/Accelerator will drive the success of our program by overseeing all aspects, from selecting startups to providing resources for innovation.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement program strategy aligned with company goals
- Manage onboarding and support for startups
- Deliver mentorship programs and workshops
- Build relationships with stakeholders
- Oversee daily operations and stay updated on industry trends
Qualifications:
- 5-6 years of experience
- Startup and professional services experience
- Experience in startup incubation or venture capital
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Passion for innovation and helping startups succeed
- BBA/MBA or equivalent degree (a plus)
