Holiday Express is seeking a dedicated full-time on-site Reservations Ticketing Agent in Karachi. In this pivotal role, you will oversee flight bookings and ticket issuance, ensuring an exceptional experience for our customers. Your daily responsibilities will include processing reservations, providing outstanding customer service, addressing inquiries, and assisting travelers with their itineraries.
Moreover, you will maintain accurate records, collaborate effectively with travel partners, and work towards achieving sales targets. The ideal candidates will have strong communication skills and a genuine passion for travel.
