Job Description
We are The-Hiring, looking for a reliable and customer-focused Ticketing Officer to join our bus terminal team. In this position, you will oversee ticket bookings, cancellations, and rebookings while assisting passengers with travel-related inquiries.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage ticket bookings and alterations.
- Provide accurate information on schedules and fares.
- Process payments and maintain thorough transaction records.
- Address passenger inquiries with professionalism and courtesy.
Requirements: A High School Diploma is required; a Bachelor’s degree is preferred.
Job Type: Full-time | Salary: Rs35,00.00 – Rs40,00.00/month
