Job Description
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Tier 2 Manager to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the daily operations of the Tier 2 team, ensuring seamless delivery of services and outstanding customer support.
- Lead and mentor a team of Tier 2 support agents
- Develop and implement strategies to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction
