Job Description
We are seeking a TOC Operations Specialist to join our dynamic team. As a TOC Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for overseeing the overall operations of our Traffic Operations Center (TOC). You will work closely with a team of professionals to ensure the smooth flow of traffic, monitor incidents, and respond promptly to emergencies.
The ideal candidate should have a strong background in transportation management, incident response, and a keen eye for detail. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills are essential for this role. Proficiency in traffic management software and the ability to work under pressure are also crucial.
