Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Tour Coordinator/Product Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate should possess a solid background in the tourism industry, showcasing expertise in coordinating tours and managing products to enhance customer satisfaction.
Responsibilities:
- Plan, organize, and execute seamless tours, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.
- Develop and manage diverse tour packages, optimizing product offerings to meet market demands.
- Collaborate with various stakeholders to negotiate and secure favorable partnerships for accommodations, transportation, and activities.
- Monitor market trends, conduct competitor analysis, and implement strategies to enhance our tour portfolio.
- Oversee logistical aspects, including budgeting, scheduling, and resource allocation, to ensure tour efficiency and profitability.
- Provide guidance and support to the team, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
Requirements:
- Proven experience in the tourism industry with a strong track record in tour coordination or product management.
- Comprehensive knowledge of tour planning, logistics, and vendor management.
- Exceptional communication, negotiation, and leadership skills.
- Ability to adapt to changing market dynamics and customer preferences.
- Proficiency in relevant software and tools for tour coordination and product management.
- A degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or related fields is preferred.
