Job Description
- Manage tour listings on the company website
- Update listings promptly to reflect any changes
- Create engaging and accurate new travel itineraries
- Secure tours with vendors and obtain competitive quotations
- Maintain and strengthen relationships with existing vendors
- Conduct regular audits of the vendor’s fleet for quality assurance
- Oversee and execute tours facilitated through third-party suppliers
- Manage timely payments to third-party suppliers
- Ensure all tours meet our quality and safety standards
- Work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and ensure their fulfillment
- Collaborate with the finance team for smooth financial operations related to tours and vendors
- Liaise with third-party suppliers to ensure seamless tour operations
Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelors degree
- Fresh or at least 6 months of experience in a relevant field
- Strong knowledge of both domestic and international tourism trends and destinations
- Excellent communication and customer service skills, ensuring client satisfaction
- Proficiency in using various travel booking systems and software
- Ability to analyze market trends and capitalize on emerging opportunities in the tourism sector
- Flexibility and adaptability to keep pace with the dynamic nature of the travel and tourism industry
