We are currently seeking a Trade Marketing Manager to join our team and strengthen our workforce in Lahore, Pakistan.

KEY REQUIREMENT:

• Proven working experience of a minimum of 5-7 years in Trade Marketing within FMCG/ Manufacturing.
• Excellent computer skills, specifically in Microsoft Office.
• Strong communication and analytical skills.
• Ability to manage and delegate jobs to the team with a problem-solving attitude.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
• Qualification: Graduate/ Masters (Marketing).

JOB DESCRIPTION:

• Manage trade marketing budget and define category trade marketing KPIs.
• Translate brand marketing actions into customer marketing actions.
• Analyze customer position and recommend in-store actions to strengthen HKP’s position within categories by working closely with the Sales Team.
• Develop, initiate, and execute retailer engagement programs for the involved channel.
• Contribute to category marketing plans with customer and category analysis and promotional strategy; act as a key contact for brand marketing teams.
• Implement category strategies and vision across customers; lead and support the implementation of HKP’s promotional strategy in line with brand priorities and media plans.
• Continuously monitor external factors and competitors’ activities within the involved channel.
