Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Manage inquiries from customers and vendors, ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Develop and oversee budgets for operational activities, ensuring financial targets adherence.
  • Source materials domestically and internationally, negotiating favorable terms with vendors.
  • Establish relationships with vendors for timely delivery of materials and products.
  • Manage customer relationships, ensure high satisfaction levels, and address inquiries.
  • Optimize territory operations and sales activities, developing strategies.
  • Analyze pricing for competitive strategies and profitability optimization.
  • Prepare accurate quotations and manage customer purchase orders efficiently.
  • Oversee vendor purchase orders, procurement, and timely delivery of materials.
  • Process vendor bills, ensuring timely payments and good relationships.
  • Manage contracts compliance with vendors and customers.
  • Pursue business growth opportunities domestically and internationally.
  • Coordinate logistics operations for timely goods delivery.
  • Manage customs clearance and international trade compliance.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain or related field. Master’s preferred.
  • 3-5 years experience in operations/supply chain management, preferably in a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems.
  • Knowledge of international trade regulations and logistics processes.
