Job Description
Cavalier Group is seeking Trainee Functional Consultants (TFC) to learn ERP systems and modules. Candidates with B. Com / BBA (Finance) backgrounds are preferred, and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. The hired Trainee will be involved in various tasks, including:
Job Description:
- Requirement gathering based on direction.
- Need assessment and identifying areas for improvement.
- Analyzing data and proposing solutions for Gap Analysis.
- Developing communication improvement strategies.
- Conducting evaluations as per management guidelines.
- Presenting findings to the development team and clients when necessary.
- Preparing input for Business Process Documentation.
- Conducting Functional Testing of Software.
- Reviewing Setup Master Data before system configuration.
- Coordinating in Software Deployment with the Dev Team.
- Conducting User Acceptance Testing and Functional Training.
- Scrutinizing Operation data before importing into ERP software.
- Finalizing Implementation and User Manuals.
- Providing End User Functional Support post Go-Live.
- Any other task assigned by the supervisor.
Key Skills Required:
- Product knowledge (Module/Domain Specific)
- Business knowledge
- Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint & MS Visio – Optional)
- Strong Interpersonal Communication
