Job Description
Avanceon is seeking a Trainee Internal Auditor to carry out the Internal Audit Plan, interacting with stakeholders, collecting data, and ensuring adherence to internal controls. Responsibilities include pre-auditing procurement processes, monitoring purchase orders, and preparing audit reports. Required skills include financial/accounting knowledge, familiarity with ERP systems, and proficiency in MS Office. Candidates should possess ACCA/ACMA/CA qualifications or relevant expertise, attention to detail, and a customer service mindset.
Tasks/Functions/Responsibilities:
- Execution of Internal Audit Plan
- Pre-Audit of Bank Payments
- Pre-Audit of Employee Expenses
- Data collection & process evaluation
- Assessment & enhancement of internal controls
- Ensuring compliance with organizational policies & procedures
- Report Writing
- Completion of additional tasks as assigned by Management
