Job Description
We are seeking an experienced Store Manager to lead our retail team and enhance customer engagement. Key responsibilities include developing strategies to expand our customer base, achieving sales targets through effective mentoring of sales staff, and ensuring exceptional customer service. The Store Manager will also oversee store administration, compliance, and visual merchandising while proposing innovative ideas to capture market share and addressing any staff or customer concerns. Exemplary behavior and performance are expected in this role.
Requirements: A Bachelor’s degree or O/A Levels is preferred, along with a minimum of 3 years of retail managerial experience. Strong leadership, customer management skills, and excellent communication abilities are essential.
