Job Description
We are seeking a dedicated Trainee Manager to oversee shift operations at White’s Castle. Key responsibilities include managing daily operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety standards, monitoring inventory levels, and providing excellent customer service. You will supervise and support team members, assist in scheduling, and maintain a positive work environment.
The ideal candidate will have proven experience in the fast food or restaurant industry, strong leadership skills, and the ability to solve problems efficiently. Proficiency in restaurant management software is a plus.
