Job Description
White’s Castle is seeking enthusiastic Trainee Managers to join our team! Ideal candidates are dynamic males under 25 years of age who possess a Bachelor’s degree and experience in the fast-food industry.
In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, and oversee inventory management. Your responsibilities will include delivering exceptional customer service, supervising team members, and maintaining food quality standards.
Successful applicants will demonstrate relevant experience in a similar position, exhibit strong leadership abilities, and be proficient in restaurant management software. This is a full-time remote position.
