We provide services to General Contractors and Subcontractors, helping them save time and resources while participating in a maximum number of bids. Role Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for a Trainee MEP Estimator at QTO House. The Trainee MEP Estimator will be responsible for assisting in quantity take-off and estimation for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction projects. This includes analyzing project plans, performing material and labor calculations, and preparing accurate quantity take-offs. The Trainee MEP Estimator will also collaborate with other team members to ensure accurate and timely estimations.

Qualifications:

• Knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems in construction
• Strong analytical and mathematical skills
• Attention to detail and accuracy in quantity take-offs
• Ability to read and interpret project plans and specifications
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Experience in construction estimation is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical, Electrical and Mechatronics Engineering
