Job Description
Solar Next is excited to announce an opening for a Trainee NOC Engineer as we expand our customer base and commit to maintaining the performance and reliability of our solar systems after deployment. In this pivotal role, you will be an integral part of our After-Sales and Operations team.
Your primary responsibilities will include assisting in the resolution of post-installation issues, providing technical guidance to our customers, and coordinating maintenance efforts with field technicians. This position offers a remarkable opportunity to gain hands-on experience in the solar energy sector while refining your technical expertise and customer service skills.
