Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role located in Near Umt Johar Town Lahore at Fatima Hope and Psychological Center. As a Trainee Psychologist, you will be responsible for providing support to experienced psychologists and counselors, conducting assessments, assisting with therapy sessions, and maintaining accurate records. You will also collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to contribute to the development and implementation of treatment plans.
Qualifications
- Master’s degree or higher in Psychology or a related field
- Strong knowledge of psychological theories, principles, and practices
- Excellent observation, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Effective communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and adhere to ethical guidelines
- Eagerness to learn and develop clinical skills
- Experience with psychological assessments and counseling techniques is a plus
- Proficiency in using computer software and applications for documentation purposes
- Flexibility to work in a dynamic and challenging environment
