- Conduct research on corporate laws and regulations across various international jurisdictions.
- Utilize expertise to facilitate company registrations and corporate structure alterations in compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
- Maintain a deep understanding of corporate frameworks and forums in different countries.
- Stay informed about industry best practices and recommend strategies to enhance corporate operations.
- Research corporate standards compliance and ensure adherence to regulatory requirements.
- Establish and maintain relationships with international regulatory bodies on behalf of the company.
- Stay updated on emerging corporate governance practices and provide recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure corporate activities align with organizational goals and objectives.
- Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s Degree in International Business is preferable.
- Strong understanding of corporate laws across diverse international jurisdictions.
- Familiarity with corporate frameworks and forums in various countries.
