Job Description
This position is responsible for designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs aimed at enhancing the skills of our ILAs. The ideal candidate will create engaging training materials, conduct various types of training sessions, evaluate effectiveness, provide ongoing support to ILAs, and collaborate with the Learning and Development team. Requirements include a Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field, experience as a trainer/educator, and a passion for education. Join us in fostering independent learning principles and advancing the skills of our ILAs!
