Job Description
Qualifications: A Master’s degree in Education, Training and Development, or a closely related field is essential. Possession of international education certifications is also required.
Experience:
- A minimum of 10 years of experience in training and development, ideally within the educational sector.
- Demonstrated success in designing and delivering impactful training programs and workshops.
Responsibilities:
- Create and implement comprehensive training programs.
- Conduct training sessions for educators and assessment teams.
- Assess program effectiveness and ensure alignment with curriculum standards.
