We are looking for a dedicated Training & Development Lead with BPO experience to oversee training activities in Karachi. If you have 3-5 years of relevant experience and a passion for supporting teams, we want you to join us!

Responsibilities:
- Train and mentor customer service representatives
- Create course curriculum for job functions
- Provide feedback to managers
- Conduct training at new locations
- Offer coaching and guidance to agents
- Lead refresher sessions for employees
- Test and audit process updates
- Perform quality auditing as required
