Role Summary:

Job Responsibilities:
- Manage all training needs: New Hire, Product & System, Performance Management.
- Conduct engaging trainings, run TNA cycles, oversee course quality.
- Drive facilitation and coaching development, stay updated on learning trends.
Qualifications:
Experience: 2-3 years in Training and Development with a people-oriented approach.
Qualification: Bachelor’s/Master’s degree in business field.
Skills Required:
Excellent communication, problem-solving, and MS Office skills. Familiar with modern training techniques.
