Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Training Coordinator at our Karāchi Office. The Training Coordinator will be responsible for coordinating training programs, developing training materials, and delivering effective training sessions. They will also collaborate with internal stakeholders to assess training needs and evaluate the effectiveness of training initiatives.
Qualifications
- Training Coordination and Training & Development skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in designing and delivering training programs
- Knowledge of employee training best practices
- Strong organizational and planning skills
- Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with stakeholders
- Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or related field
- Certifications in training or instructional design are a plus
