Role Description: This full-time on-site role in Islamabad requires a Training Executive to conduct sessions and ensure high-quality customer service. Responsibilities include designing programs, delivering training, assessing performance, and collaborating with other departments.
Qualifications:
- Experience in training program design and delivery
- Knowledge of customer service principles
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work effectively in a team
- Strong interpersonal skills and relationship-building ability
- Experience in the food and beverage industry is a plus
