- Effectively communicate with team members, trainers, and management.
- Liaise with all stakeholders & optimize training processes for efficiency.
- Translate requirements into trainings to groom employees for career advancement.
- Monitor and evaluate training program effectiveness, success, and ROI using HR Analytics.
- Ensure strategic alignment of training department with business goals.
- Develop and deliver training sessions for SBDM and upper management.
- Allocate new resources based on performance data analytics.
- Exhibit organizational values and integrity.
- Maintain monthly departmental reports.
Job Requirements:
- Qualification: Graduation (Minimum)
- Experience: Minimum 3+ Years
- Job Specific Skills: Energetic, Presentable, and content-oriented with a Positive Attitude.
- Competencies: Must have 3 years of managerial experience with TT Certification.
