Job Description
Velosi is seeking an experienced Training Lead to join our team in Karachi, Sindh, Pakistan. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing annual training strategies that align with our organizational goals. Key responsibilities include assessing training needs, designing and delivering training programs, and managing a team of training officers. You will ensure compliance with training requirements and promote a culture of continuous learning within the organization.
Ideal candidates should possess a Master’s degree and 7-10 years of experience in Training and Development, with excellent communication skills and proficiency in training tools and analytics.
