Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role in Karāchi. The Training Manager will design training programs, conduct assessments, create materials, deliver sessions, and evaluate effectiveness. Managing budgets, coordinating with stakeholders and trainers is also required.
Qualifications:
- Knowledge of ISO standards, health & safety, and food safety management systems.
- Experience in program design and delivery.
- Strong communication and presentation skills.
- Analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Conducting training needs assessments.
- Project management proficiency.
- Training and development certification is a plus.
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field.
