Job Description
We are currently seeking a skilled and passionate individual to join our team as a Training Officer – Contact Centre. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for our contact centre staff. Your main objective will be to ensure that our customer service representatives possess the necessary skills and knowledge to provide exceptional service to our valued customers.
Key responsibilities:
- Design and deliver comprehensive training modules to enhance the performance of the contact centre team.
- Assess training needs and develop customized training programs based on identified gaps.
- Create training materials, including manuals, presentations, and online resources.
- Implement effective training evaluation methods to measure the effectiveness of the training programs.
- Monitor and track the progress and performance of trainees to ensure successful learning outcomes.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a Training Officer or in a similar role in a contact centre environment.
- Strong knowledge of contact centre operations and customer service practices.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to develop and deliver engaging training programs.
