Job Description
ABS International is currently seeking a skilled Training Manager to oversee our training strategy, implement programs, and assess effectiveness. Duties include identifying needs, creating programs, and ensuring employee engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess and enhance current training programs for better engagement, outcomes, and retention.
- Maintain relevance and effectiveness of training materials and methods.
- Stay updated on industry standards, adjusting strategies accordingly.
- Identify training opportunities for operational or industry changes.
- Lead or facilitate training sessions as needed.
Requirements:
- Minimum 3 years’ experience as a Training Executive or Manager.
- Successful track record in designing and implementing training programs.
- Proficient in various training methods including mentoring, e-learning, and workshops.
Salary:
- Competitive, as per market standards.
Shift Timing:
- 6 PM to 2 AM
Location: Gulshan e Iqbal Block 13/C, Karachi.
