Job Description

We are looking to hire a competent Training Systems Coordinator for our client based in KSA, a leading oil & field services company.

Must Required: Hands-on experience with SAP for training and SuccessFactors

Responsibilities

1. Day-to-Day Operations Management:

– Oversee and manage the daily operations of the Learning Management System (LMS).

– Develop high-quality learning content aligned with organizational goals.

2. Content Development:

– Collaborate with subject matter experts to design and create learning materials.

– Utilize instructional design principles and multimedia tools for effective content.

3. System Administration:

– Administer user accounts, permissions, and access levels within the LMS.

– Stay informed about updates and best practices in LMS administration.

4. Continuous Improvement:

– Identify opportunities for process improvement and system enhancements.

Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in HR or related field.

Experience: 2-3 years in talent development, LMS administration (SuccessFactors).

Location: Islamabad

Package: PKR 180,00 – PKR 200,00
