Role Description:
This is a full-time on-site role for an Auto Transport Broker. The Auto Transport Broker will be responsible for Auto brokerage, customer service, dispatching, and managing brokers. The Auto Transport Broker will also be responsible for identifying and securing transportation carriers and providing support to clients throughout the transportation process.
Qualifications:
- Experience in Freight Brokerage and Brokerage
- Excellent Customer Service skills
- Experience in managing, dispatching, and tracking freight
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to change
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or related field is preferred
Experience in the auto transport industry is a plus.
