Job Description
Express Flights is actively hiring new travel agents at its Karachi (Gulshan Town), Pakistan.
Responsibilities:
– The Travel Agent will be responsible for making reservations, arranging travel, and renting cars for clients.
– They will also be responsible for providing excellent customer service and utilizing sales techniques to promote travel packages.
Qualifications:
– Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Travel Agent or in a similar role.
Other Requirements:
- Strong knowledge of travel industry trends, destinations, and visa requirements.
- Excellent English communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficient in using computerized reservation systems and online booking platforms.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
- Exceptional problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure.
- High level of professionalism and integrity.
