Role Description
This is a full-time on-site Travel Consultant role located in Karāchi. The Travel Consultant will assist clients with their travel arrangements, such as flight bookings, hotel bookings, transferring services, and visa advice. Daily tasks include researching destinations and booking travel services, maintaining client relationships, and resolving any travel issues that may arise.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in the travel industry or related customer service field
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines while maintaining a positive attitude
- Knowledge of travel destinations, itineraries and logistics, travel insurance, and visa processing
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and booking systems
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Business, Tourism, or a related field is preferred
