Job Description
I am seeking a dedicated and experienced Sales Representative to join our Umrah agency. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the travel industry, particularly with experience in the Umrah sector.
Responsibilities:
- Calculate and prepare package details for clients
- Perform relevant booking tasks efficiently
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide appropriate travel solutions
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction through excellent service and support
Requirements:
- Proven experience working in a travel agency, with a preference for those experienced in the Umrah industry
- Strong proficiency in package calculations and booking processes
- Excellent English speaking skills with a clear accent
- Patience and effective communication skills are essential
Compensation:
- Basic salary of 40,00 Rs per month
- Commission on each sale
