Job Description
Role purpose:
- To generate data through product biology field trials for new & existing products following assigned protocols.
- To report data promptly in EZ CAP and ARM systems.
- To identify optimal dose for efficacy in various CP trials.
Accountabilities:
- Conduct product biology field trials as per protocols.
- Coordinate with sales team for field selection & problem resolution.
- Ensure data entry in EZ CAP.
- Maintain relationships with key stakeholders and functions.
- Adhere to company policies & quality standards.
- Provide quality raw data and trial reports.
- Support colleagues in data capture and applications.
Qualifications:
- M. Sc. (Hons.) in Agriculture.
- Specialization in Agri. Entomology or Plant Pathology preferred.
- 2-3 years CP trialing experience beneficial.
- Familiarity with local norms.
Additional Information:
- Proficient in product biology field trials execution.
- Strong ability in pest or crop monitoring.
- Good communication, computer, and interpersonal skills.
- Quick learner with monitoring skills.
- Monitor competitors’ activities & report to the line manager.
