Job Description
Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team for the night shift. This office-based role involves coordinating logistics by communicating with truck drivers and brokers through calls and emails. The Dispatcher will negotiate rates, secure loads, and ensure smooth operations during nighttime hours.
Qualifications:
- Strong communication skills, especially in negotiation.
- Experience with CRM systems and logistics management.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
