Responsibilities:

• Customer Communication: Serve as the main point of contact for our clients, providing timely and professional assistance via phone, email, and other communication channels. Clearly and effectively communicate information regarding service inquiries, status updates, and issue resolution.
• Order Coordination: Coordinate and dispatch trucking services based on client requirements, schedules, and preferences. Ensure efficient and timely delivery of services while addressing any challenges that may arise.
• Problem Resolution: Proactively identify and resolve customer concerns, working closely with dispatchers and drivers to address issues such as delays, route changes, or service disruptions. Maintain a positive and customer-focused approach in all interactions.
• Documentation: Accurately document and update customer information, service requests, and relevant details in the company’s database. Ensure data integrity and completeness for future reference.
• English Language Proficiency: Demonstrate strong English-speaking skills to effectively communicate with customers, drivers, and internal team members. Provide clear and concise instructions, information, and updates.
• Team Collaboration: Collaborate with dispatchers, drivers, and other team members to optimize service delivery. Share relevant information and contribute to a positive and cooperative work environment.
• Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process improvement and customer service enhancements. Provide feedback to management on areas for improvement in operations.
