Job Description
Emploiscareer seeks an experienced Truck Dispatcher to lead dispatch operations at our Model Town, Lahore office. Responsibilities include sourcing and booking profitable freight via DAT and Truckstop load boards, negotiating competitive broker rates, coordinating and supporting drivers, resolving disruptions, overseeing a team of dispatchers, monitoring performance metrics, planning efficient routes, and maintaining client communication.
Requirements: Minimum 2 years dispatch/logistics experience; proven leadership; excellent English (written and spoken); strong analytical skills; proficiency with dispatch software and MS Office; availability for night shifts. This is a full-time, in-person position. Compensation up to Rs80,00 per month, commensurate with experience.
